General Information
Familiarize yourself with the following planning process to ensure a seamless event.
PLANNING PROCESS
We offer free phone consultations with our chef and we are happy to create a custom menu tailored to your event. We offer 6 tastings a year for $25 per person and can accomodate a private tasting for large events.
Secure your event date once you are happy with your menu selections. We require deposit to reserve your date. You can make changes to your menu until 30 days prior and final payments are due prior to your event.

WHAT'S INCLUDED
Packages include choice of sweet tea, unsweet tea, and water. We provide white disposable plates, rolled silverware, beverage cups and napkins.
SERVICE FEE AND SALES TAX
All catering packages are subject to required sales taxes. Services include staff to set up your event, monitor and refill food for 3 hours, breakdown and kitchen cleanup.
China service requires an 18% gratuity and will be added to your contract. Should you require specliaty linens, we will be pleased to assist you.
